About JawBuddy
JawBuddy is a self-therapy app that helps people manage painful jaw clenching, grinding, and TMJ disorders. We are pre-seed, growing fast, and building in a space where great growth work can directly improve people's daily lives.
The role
We need someone who can run paid campaigns that actually convert. Not someone who "wants to learn ads." Someone who has done it and can prove it.
You will own our paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, set up proper tracking, and optimize every step of the funnel. You will work directly with the founders and our content creator.
This is a real operator role with a clear path to full time with equity after graduation. The kind of line on your CV that gets you into any performance team afterwards.
What you will do
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Set up and maintain tracking, pixels, and conversion measurement across GA4, Meta CAPI, and TikTok Events
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnels. Scale winners, kill losers.
- Collaborate with our content creator on ad creatives and hooks
- Report on performance, CAC, ROAS, and what to do next
What you bring
- Currently enrolled at a university, Bachelor or Master
- Eligible for a Werkstudent contract in Germany
- Fluent in German and English, both C1, no exceptions
- Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta and TikTok
- Comfortable with tracking setups, analytics dashboards, and numbers
- Experience working with the latest AI models
- Self-starter energy: you ship, you do not wait for to-dos
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO and GEO, generative engine optimization
- A portfolio or screenshots of campaigns you have run and their results
