Zähneknirschen klingt harmlos. Für Menschen mit schmerzhaftem Bruxismus und chronischer craniomandibulärer Dysfunktion (CMD) bedeutet es oft jahrelange Kiefer- und Kopfschmerzen und schlechte Nächte. JawBuddy ist die erste personalisierte App zur Selbsttherapie bei schmerzhaftem Bruxismus und chronischer CMD, für zuhause und im eigenen Alltag.
Wir sind ein CE-gekennzeichnetes Medizinprodukt, unsere Pre-Seed-Runde schließen wir gerade mit führenden Healthtech-Experten ab. Erste Krankenkassen stehen als Partner bereit. Über 2.000 Menschen haben JawBuddy schon heruntergeladen. Jetzt bringen wir die App zu den vielen, die sie noch brauchen. Genau das ist dein Auftrag.
Die Rolle
You work directly with the founders as their operational right hand, with real workstreams from week one. You start by driving the development of our next MVP, finding, selecting, and steering external partners end-to-end. As our health insurance partnerships go live, you build the operational processes behind them. Later, you help prepare our next financing round: data room, investor pipeline, and materials. You own 2–3 workstreams at a time and present your results directly to the founders every week.

Was du mitbringst
- Enrolled as a student, with 18–20 hours/week available during the semester
- German (C1 or above) plus strong written and spoken English, our partner and insurance work is German-market, our Team Lamguage English
- Structured, self-directed working style: you break fuzzy problems into plans and close loops unprompted
- Reliable coordination of external partners: follow-ups, deadlines, and early flags instead of surprises
Schön, aber kein Muss:
- First exposure to startups, consulting, venture building, or healthcare
- No-code, spreadsheet, or light analytics skills
- Curiosity about how startup fundraising works, you will learn the rest here
