About JawBuddy
JawBuddy is a self-therapy app that helps people manage painful jaw clenching, grinding, and TMJ disorders. We are early stage, growing fast, and building in a space where better self-care can directly improve people's daily lives.
The role
We are hiring a Founders Associate at JawBuddy. You work directly with the founders across sales support, grant applications, and fundraising. It is a broad role for someone who wants to understand how a startup is built end to end.
We are scaling, and the next months decide how fast. We need someone who can take real work off the founders' plate and run with it.
What you will do
- Prepare decks, sales material, and presentations for our B2B2C sales channels
- Research and apply for grants and startup competitions
- Support the founders on fundraising: data room, investor updates, and investor research
- Take on operational tasks across the company as they come up
What you bring
- Enrolled at a German university, eligible for a Werkstudent contract, 20h per week
- German and English, both C1
- Practical experience in consulting or sales
- Confident with numbers and comfortable using current AI tools
- Independent and structured, able to own tasks from start to finish
