JawBuddy has a free tier with core exercises. Premium is €12.99/month. In Germany, the ZPP-certified program qualifies for health insurance reimbursement.

JawBuddy uses your assessment data, daily feedback, and pain levels to continuously adapt your exercise plan. The more you use the app, the better it understands what works for you. Similar to having a personal physiotherapist, except it's available every day.

Yes. JawBuddy generates exportable medical reports that you can share with your dentist, doctor, or physiotherapist to support your treatment.

No. You can start using JawBuddy without a diagnosis. However, if you experience severe pain, joint sounds, or jaw locking, we recommend seeing a healthcare professional first.
